1. About deaRr
deaRr offers digital correspondence tools, printable designs, digital downloads, composed letter files, print-and-mail services, and other creative digital products. Products may include stationery, letter templates, digital artwork, invitations, posters, printable designs, composed PDFs, and other downloadable or customized digital goods.
Available products, formats, delivery methods, features, countries, pricing, and fulfillment options may change at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase from deaRr.
If you are under 18, you may use deaRr only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. If we later offer a children’s or family letter-writing section, use of that section by minors must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information, delivery information, and any recipient information required for print-and-mail, fulfillment, or customized orders.
You are responsible for ensuring that all names, addresses, email addresses, customization details, and delivery information are accurate. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, misdelivery, production errors, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly formatted information provided by you.
4. Composer and Customization Tools
deaRr may provide an online letter composer, design tool, customization tool, or similar feature that allows you to place text, signatures, recipient information, design elements, or other user-generated content onto selected products or designs.
These tools may include preview features, watermarks, layout tools, font selections, text boxes, signature fields, lined or unlined options, and other creative controls. Preview images are for review purposes only and may not represent the final paid output at full production quality.
Using a composer or customization tool does not create a purchase until you add the applicable product to your cart and complete checkout.
5. Customer Content
“Customer Content” means any text, names, addresses, messages, signatures, images, design choices, customization details, or other content you type, upload, draw, submit, compose, or otherwise provide through deaRr.
You retain ownership of your Customer Content. By submitting Customer Content through our website, composer, or customization tools, you grant deaRr a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, reproduce, format, convert, print, mail, transmit, and otherwise use the Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the product or service you purchased.
6. Prohibited Content and Prohibited Uses
You may not use deaRr to create, transmit, print, mail, distribute, customize, or store content that is unlawful, abusive, harmful, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.
- Threats of violence or encouragement of violence.
- Harassment, stalking, intimidation, or targeted abuse.
- Hate speech, dehumanizing content, or discriminatory threats.
- Exploitation, abuse, or sexualization of minors.
- Non-consensual intimate content.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive conduct.
- Doxxing or disclosure of another person’s private information without permission.
- Malware, malicious code, or attempts to interfere with our systems.
- Infringement of copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- False, misleading, or unlawful commercial claims.
- Content that violates postal, shipping, export, sanctions, or other applicable laws.

7. Permitted Use; No Resale or Redistribution
Unless a product listing, written license, or separate agreement states otherwise, deaRr products are sold for your own personal, gift, event, correspondence, household, educational, or internal business use.
You may use purchased files for ordinary customer purposes, including printing them for yourself, your household, your event, your organization, or your business’s internal use. For example, a business may purchase and use deaRr products for client notes, office correspondence, event materials, internal displays, or similar non-resale purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, upload, share, give away, reproduce for resale, modify for resale, or commercially exploit deaRr digital files, templates, artwork, stationery designs, product images, composed PDFs, downloadable products, or customized files.
You may not use deaRr products to create competing products, digital downloads, print-on-demand items, stock graphics, design templates, stationery collections, commercial clip art, or other products intended for resale or distribution.
Bulk, commercial, licensing, wholesale, or partnership uses require prior written permission from deaRr.
8. Intellectual Property
All deaRr designs, artwork, stationery designs, product images, branding, logos, website copy, layout, user interface elements, templates, digital files, and related materials are owned by deaRr or licensed to deaRr, unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a deaRr product gives you a limited license to use the purchased file or customized product under these Terms. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, design rights, or ownership of the underlying artwork, design, template, or digital asset.
The deaRr name, logo, trade dress, product names, and related branding may not be used without our prior written permission.
9. Digital Downloads
Digital products may include stationery PDFs, composed letter PDFs, invitations, posters, printable designs, digital artwork, templates, customized files, or other downloadable products. Digital downloads are delivered electronically, typically by a download link sent to the email address associated with your order or made available through the checkout/order system.
- Signed download links may expire after 30 days.
- Finished composed or customized files may be retained for up to 180 days.
- After the retention period, files may be permanently deleted.
10. Print & Mail / Fulfillment Services
When you purchase a Print & Mail, fulfillment, or similar service, deaRr arranges for your composed or customized item to be printed, mailed, or otherwise fulfilled using one or more third-party print, mailing, postal, or fulfillment providers.
You are responsible for ensuring that all content, recipient names, addresses, customization details, and delivery information are correct before submitting your order.
Once a customized, Print & Mail, or fulfillment order has entered production or been transmitted to our vendor, it may not be possible to cancel, edit, recall, redirect, or refund the order.
11. Order Review Before Purchase
You are responsible for reviewing your design, message, spelling, grammar, names, addresses, formatting, page count, product selection, customization details, and delivery option before checkout.
deaRr does not proofread, edit, correct, review, fact-check, or verify Customer Content before processing an order.
12. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed through Shopify or another third-party payment provider. deaRr does not directly store your full payment card information.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges associated with your order.
13. Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Because deaRr sells digital products, customized files, and personalized print, mail, or fulfillment services, all sales are generally final.
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file, link, or digital product has been delivered or made available, except where required by law.
Customized, composed, Print & Mail, and fulfillment orders are time-sensitive and may be made specifically for you. Once an order is submitted, processed, transmitted to a vendor, printed, mailed, fulfilled, or otherwise made available, it is generally non-refundable.
14. Failed Delivery, Returned Mail, and Incorrect Information
For Print & Mail, fulfillment, or delivery-based orders, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate information.
We are not responsible for failed delivery, returned mail, misdelivery, production issues, or delays caused by incorrect customer-provided information, missing apartment or unit numbers, invalid postal codes, recipient relocation, recipient refusal, restricted delivery locations, postal service errors, customs issues, or mailroom/building access problems.
15. Technical Requirements and File Compatibility
You are responsible for using a device, browser, internet connection, software, and printer capable of accessing, downloading, opening, and printing digital files.
Colors, margins, scale, paper texture, and print results may vary depending on your device, monitor, printer, paper, ink, and settings.
16. Privacy and Data Handling
Your use of deaRr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, process, and delete personal information, Customer Content, recipient information, and letter or customization content.
As part of our privacy-conscious design, deaRr aims to store only what is reasonably necessary to complete your order. Customer Content and generated files may be stored temporarily for order fulfillment, troubleshooting, delivery, legal compliance, and fraud prevention.
17. Third-Party Services
deaRr may rely on third-party platforms and vendors to provide parts of our services, including website hosting, checkout, payments, file storage, PDF generation, email delivery, printing, mailing, analytics, and security.
These third parties may have their own terms, policies, service limitations, outages, delays, or errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
